How Tourist Pharmacy works
Simple, human, and WhatsApp-based for now. No complicated apps – just a clear, safe process.
1. Contact us
Send us a message on WhatsApp or email with:
- Which medication you need
- Your current symptoms / condition
- Where you are staying in Bali
WhatsApp: +62 895-1802-3363
Email: support@balidoc.com
2. We check what’s possible
We coordinate with our partner pharmacy and, when needed, a doctor to:
- Review your prescription (if required)
- Confirm if the medication is legal and available
- Offer safe alternatives if your exact product isn’t available
3. Pharmacy dispenses your medication
Once everything is clear, your medication is prepared and dispensed by our partner pharmacy in Denpasar. Pickup or local delivery can be arranged according to pharmacy policy.
All medications are dispensed in Indonesia and are not exported.
What we can help you with
We focus on practical, everyday problems that tourists and expats face when they need medication in Indonesia.
Typical requests
- Refills for ongoing medications (with a valid prescription).
- Travel-related issues: stomach problems, infections, allergies.
- Short-term symptom relief when you are far from your usual doctor.
- Clarifying which products in Indonesia match medication from your home country.
We always work within Indonesian law and pharmacy standards. Prescription-only medicines still require a prescription from a licensed doctor.
What we don’t do
- No controlled substances or narcotics.
- No medications banned or restricted by Indonesian law.
- No export of medicines outside Indonesia.
- No replacement for emergency services.
In an emergency, always contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
Why people use Tourist Pharmacy
- ✅ One trusted point of contact instead of guessing which pharmacy to try.
- ✅ Clear communication in English about what is possible.
- ✅ Confidence that medication comes from a licensed, inspected pharmacy.
We don’t replace your own doctor or specialist – we simply make it easier and safer to receive medication while you are in Indonesia.
