1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Tourist Pharmacy website or contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Tourist Pharmacy is operated by PT Sehat Investasi Digital and works in collaboration with a licensed community pharmacy in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

2. Nature of the service

Tourist Pharmacy is an online pharmacy support and coordination service. We:

  • Help you communicate with a licensed pharmacy and, where needed, with doctors.
  • Provide information about medication availability and legal requirements in Indonesia.
  • Coordinate prescription checks and dispensing through our partner pharmacy.

Tourist Pharmacy itself does not dispense medications, provide emergency medical care, or act as a replacement for a direct consultation with a doctor or pharmacist.

3. No emergency service

Tourist Pharmacy is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe symptoms, or life-threatening issues, you must immediately contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

Do not delay seeking emergency care based on information or communication from Tourist Pharmacy or its partners.

4. Prescriptions and medical responsibility

  • Prescription-only medications require a valid prescription from a licensed doctor.
  • Doctors and pharmacists remain responsible for clinical decisions, prescribing, and dispensing.
  • We may refuse to proceed with any request if a prescription is invalid, incomplete, unsafe, or appears fraudulent.
  • We do not provide diagnosis or long-term medical follow-up; our role is coordination and information.

5. Your responsibilities

By using the service, you agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate, honest, and complete information about your identity, health, and medical history.
  • Inform us and any involved healthcare professional about allergies and important medical conditions.
  • Use medications only as directed by the prescribing doctor and pharmacist.
  • Not share prescribed medications with other people.

If you provide incorrect or incomplete information, it may affect the safety and suitability of any medication or advice you receive.

6. Geographic and legal limitations

  • The service is focused on medication dispensed in Indonesia through a licensed pharmacy in Denpasar, Bali.
  • Medications are not exported outside Indonesia.
  • We do not arrange controlled substances, narcotics, or any medications prohibited by Indonesian law.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that any medication you use is allowed under the laws and regulations of your home country.

7. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to obtain medications through fraudulent or forged prescriptions.
  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening staff, pharmacists, or healthcare professionals.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the website or communication channels.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Sehat Investasi Digital and Tourist Pharmacy are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.
  • Any harm resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
  • Decisions made by doctors, pharmacists, or other healthcare professionals.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

9. Changes to the service and to these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the service after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
